Welcome to Abingdon Lions Club

Who are Abingdon Lions?

lion in costume croppedWe are a group of local people, who volunteer our time to help our community.

We are a small part of an international organisation, Lions International.

Abingdon Lions Club Charitable Trust is a registered charity (no. 1055471).

How do we help our community?

Lions are community service orientated, we give our time, but to help this along we raise money, which we can then use to help those in most need.

How do we raise money?

In the summer months we attend various events with our Lions Tombola, At Christmas we run the Santa Sleigh that goes around the streets of Abingdon and surrounding villages.
